When you make a booking, an account is created for you automatically so that you can view and manage your bookings.

Platform Elf processes personal data for the following purposes:
- Making bookings through the platform possible
- Creating and managing a user account
- Confirming and managing appointments
- Communicating about your booking
- Improving and securing the platform
Processing this data is necessary to perform the agreement between you and Platform Elf.

To make a booking possible, we may share certain data with the provider (for example a care professional or support worker) you have booked with.
We may also share personal data with the technical service providers that make the platform possible, such as hosting providers. We enter into data processing agreements with these parties to protect your data properly.
