Platform Elf is not a care institution and does not itself provide medical, psychological or therapeutic care. The platform offers no diagnoses, treatment advice or therapeutic interventions. In a crisis or emergency, this platform is not a suitable tool.

1. About Platform Elf

Platform Elf is an online platform on which users can book appointments with providers, including care professionals and support workers. Platform Elf only facilitates the contact and the booking between users and providers.

Platform Elf is established at Nachtwachtlaan 20, 1058 EA Amsterdam and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number xxx.

2. The role of Platform Elf

Platform Elf provides a digital platform on which providers can offer their services and users can book them. Provider quality is verified by requiring certification within the relevant profession.

Platform Elf is not a care provider and does not itself offer care, guidance or support. The agreement for the service is formed between the user and the provider. Platform Elf is therefore not responsible for the delivery, quality or content of the services provided.

3. Account

An account is required to make a booking through Platform Elf. Users are themselves responsible for entering their details correctly and for keeping their account credentials secure.

Platform Elf may block or delete an account where the platform is misused or these terms are breached.

4. Bookings

Users can book appointments with providers through the platform. The provider is responsible for accepting, delivering and, where applicable, changing or cancelling appointments.

Platform Elf is not responsible for:

  • Appointments that do not go ahead
  • Changes made by the provider
  • The content or quality of the service delivered

5. Provider responsibilities

Providers are themselves responsible for the information they place on the platform, including descriptions of their services, their availability and their qualifications.

Providers are themselves responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to their work.

6. Use of the platform

Users may use the platform only for its intended purpose: finding and booking services.

It is not permitted to:

  • Provide inaccurate information
  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Disrupt the operation of the platform

7. Liability

Platform Elf aims to keep the platform working as well as possible, but cannot guarantee that it will always be available without faults or interruptions.

Platform Elf is not liable for damage arising from use of the platform or from services delivered by providers.

8. Privacy

Platform Elf processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.

9. Changes

Platform Elf may amend these terms and conditions where necessary, for example when the platform or the law changes. The most recent version is always on the website.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
